Description

LOCATION As you will see the land is within walking distance of Cam's railway station and is just a 10 minute drive from junction 13 of the M5 motorway, leading to Cheltenham and Gloucester to the north and Bristol to the south.

TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING Outline consent was granted by Stroud District Council for the overall scheme under consent number S.15/2804/OUT dated 21st December 2017 and phase H1 has consent for up to 137 dwellings of which 41 (30%) will be of affordable mixed tenure.
