Land Owners
We offer a free initial appraisal of the planning potential of a property. There are many situations where development may be possible including:
- properties in large gardens
- barns and redundant buildings
- commercial buildings and land in residential areas
- former pubs, garages and yards and back garden site assembly.
Following an initial inspection, we advise owners as to the best way forward utilising our skills and knowledge to provide the most cost efficient solution for the Client and to maximise the value of the land or buildings.
This may involve seeking planning permission in consultation with planning consultants or architects or agreeing terms for a conditional contract or option with a developer having the relevant experience, expertise, financial ability and business integrity. This latter route minimises costs and risk for the existing owner.
