Best in Class for Customer Service!

The start of 2012 has been a time of celebration for the Cheltenham Sales team of independent estate agent, Perry Bishop and Chambers. Headed up by Steve Anderson, the team scooped the company’s award for Customer Service for the last quarter of 2011. 

Scoring an average of 9 out of 10 for the quarter, the Cheltenham team based in Bath Road, narrowly pipped the Tetbury office, who had a very acceptable score of 8.8! In addition, the company’s three other offices all scored over 8. The competition is on for 2012!

Steve Anderson comments: “We are delighted to have won the award but with the other offices close on our tail, we cannot let our standards drop and we will continue to serve our clients to the highest standard.”

Perry Bishop and Chambers prides itself on being 'the agent who keeps you informed' whether you are selling your home or looking to purchase a new property. To ensure all clients are getting the service they deserve, the company sends a short confidential questionnaire to all sellers and purchasers, following the completion of a house sale. The information returned in the survey provides valuable market research and enables the company to continue to provide the great level of customer service which it believes is second to none.

The final question in the survey invites respondents to give the office dealing with their transaction, a mark out of 10 for the overall service they have experienced. The 'marks' are then collated and every three months, the office with the top mark is awarded a 'gold star' trophy! Although this could be seen as competitive fun, the offices are always keen to win the award and therefore each office ensures that it is serving its customers to the best of its ability.
