Consolidating Position in Fairford

Perry Bishop and Chambers announce the expansion of their Fairford office.  The estate agency previously had a window display in the offices of 4 Market Place Mortgages Ltd, but since the middle of July the office has been refitted to reflect the company’s brand and is now manned by dedicated Perry Bishop and Chambers’ staff.  This move will allow the company to provide a comprehensive residential sales service to Fairford and the surrounding villages. 

The office is managed by Lima Reay, who was previously based at the company’s Cirencester office.  Lima was primarily responsible for properties in the Fairford area and therefore knows the area well.

Phillip Bishop, director, explains: “We have had an excellent relationship with 4 Market Place Mortgages (formerly Equilibrium) for a number of years and have had a presence in the town through them.  The office location is superb and by rebranding the office and having our own staff available, we are able to offer a more personal service to our clients in this area.”

This expansion follows the opening of a second office in Cheltenham in June focusing on residential sales, as well as a lettings and management service.  4 Market Place Mortgages will continue to provide independent mortgage advice from the Fairford office.
