Encouraging week results in 20 sales negotiations

Perry Bishop and Chambers is delighted to report a hugely encouraging week, beginning 10 November across all their residential sales offices, resulting in negotiations taking place on some 20 sales transactions.   

Ian Perry, director, comments: “We believe the market is becoming more active, with serious, motivated buyers out there and sales are occurring where the seller is realistic about the price of their property.  We have seen the recent announcement of the reduction in the interest rate, reflected on the number of viewings we have achieve; hence the number of sales agreed in this one week.  We have been encouraged by improved results recently and even in this challenging market, the company has averaged a sale a day since the beginning of September.”
