Further Expansion for Cotswold Agent

Perry Bishop and Chambers are pleased to announce the purchase of Riders Letting Agents based in Nailsworth.  A well-respected and successful letting agent, Riders is a clear and straightforward fit to the company’s strategy of expansion across the area, particular in market towns.  This new office joins the already established Cheltenham, Cirencester, Stroud, Tetbury and Faringdon lettings teams and further expands the geographic area covered and service provided by the company.   

Ian Perry, director, commented: “We are delighted to welcome the Riders team.  Initially the business will continue to trade as Riders and concentrate on building the lettings business”.  “Our long-term plan will be to rebrand as Perry Bishop and Chambers and develop an estate agency service from the existing branch”, he added. 

Positioned on the busy main road in Nailsworth, the branch will be manned by the current Riders team, headed up by by Sarah McEwen (pictured) who has been in the role for approximately four years and has a wealth of local knowledge and experience in the area.  She is assisted by Ann Allnutt and Mandy Vernon-Smith and the present lettings operation is approximately the same size as the company’s Cheltenham lettings.
