Moving Residential Sales into Nailsworth
Created: 17/01/2007
Perry Bishop and Chambers is pleased to announce the opening of a Residential Sales department, covering the Nailsworth and Stroud area. This move follows the purchase of Riders Letting Agents in October last year, which gave the company a busy town centre office and the opportunity to expand the geographic area covered and service provided. In addition, from 22 January, the company will rebrand Riders as Perry Bishop and Chambers and offer a comprehensive lettings service to existing and new landlords and tenants.
The residential sales team is headed up by Paul Audritt, who joined the company at the beginning of the year, bringing with him experience of the local area. Paul has worked in the housing industry for the past four years, most recently as the manager of a leading estate agent in the Cotswolds. Paul was brought up in the Stroud area and has recently moved to Nailsworth with his wife and young family. He is joined in the office by Nina Westbrook, who has been working as a Customer Manager in the Cirencester office since September last year. Nina has lived in the Nailsworth area all her life and also brings a wealth of local knowledge.
Ian Perry, director, commented: “We are delighted to offer a residential sales service in Nailsworth, joining the existing lettings team. The integration of Riders into Perry Bishop and Chambers has been hugely successful and we are looking forward to being able to provide a comprehensive estate agency service to this area.”
The Nailsworth office joins the current established offices in Cirencester and Tetbury to ensure the whole of this geographic area is well served.
