New Residential Sales Manager for Cheltenham

Perry Bishop and Chambers is delighted to announce the appointment of Tim Janes as Residential Sales Manager in its Cheltenham office.  Tim joins the team in Bath Road and brings with him a wealth of experience, having been in the industry for over 15 years.  Tim was previously with a national estate agency both on the South Coast and more recently, in Cheltenham.

Ian Perry, director, commented: “We are pleased to welcome Tim on board to strengthen our existing sales team and to ensure that we continue to provide a high level of customer service.  We have been encouraged by improved results recently and even in this challenging market, the company has averaged a sale a day since the beginning of September.”

Tim explains: “We believe the market is still active with serious, motivated buyers and sales are occurring where the seller is realistic about the price of their property.  In addition the recent announcement regarding the reduction in the interest rate, should start to instil buyer confidence.”

Perry Bishop and Chambers historically sell more houses in October and November than the rest of the year and believes in today’s market, the service they can provide across all their branches and doing what they do well, is the key.
