New Year, New Manager!

Locally-based sales and lettings agent, Perry Bishop and Chambers is delighted to announce the appointment of Kate Smith as Lettings Manager of the Nailsworth office based in Fountain Street, covering the Stroud Valleys. 

Kate has taken over the management after the retirement of Ann Allnutt.  Kate joined Perry Bishop and Chambers in January 2008 and although she started with the company in the sales department, she very quickly moved to lettings in the Nailsworth office and grew to love the fast pace that Lettings demands. She then spent three years in the Cirencester Lettings office, achieving promotion to Senior Lettings Negotiator in order to prepare her for being a Lettings Manager when a position arose.

 

Kate comments: “I am thrilled to be the manager of our successful Nailsworth Lettings office and I am keen to continue to provide the excellent service that the office is renowned for and maintain the good name that Ann gained within the area.”

 

Kate’s experienced and professional team is complete with Stephanie Rosewell, Property Manager, Karolyn Edwards, Lettings Negotiator and Hannah Sturman, part-time Administrator.
