Sales up in the Autumn!

No-one would disagree……2008 has been a challenging year for estate agents. However, Cotswold-based Perry Bishop and Chambers is encouraged with the improved results seen during the Autumn period. Across all its offices, the company has seen the number of viewings increase significantly, with the knock-on effect of agreeing a sale a day! 
 
Even in this difficult time, the company believes there are serious, motivated buyers in the market and sales are occurring where the seller is realistic about the price of their property.
 
Phillip Bishop, Residential Managing Director, and Branch Manager of the Cirencester office, believes this is down to a simple theory - the four ‘Ps’. Phillip explains: “The main advice we would give potential sellers is remember the four ‘Ps’: Price, Presentation, Promotion and Personality.
