Strategic Expansion of Cotswold Agent

Perry Bishop and Chambers is pleased to announce the purchase of The Estate Managers in Cheltenham, a Lettings and Management business, which will be merged with the company’s existing Lettings and Management business in Cheltenham.  In addition The Estate Managers has a successful Leasehold Block Management business, which will further expand the services the company can offer across the area.  The Estate Managers team have transferred to Perry Bishop and Chambers.  

Ian Perry commented: “This expansion and growth is in line with our strategic plan and we are delighted to welcome The Estate Managers team.  We will look to grow the Leasehold Block Management business within the existing Perry Bishop and Chambers framework, although this will remain branded as The Estate Managers.”

The company’s success in Cheltenham continues to grow with the Residential Sales operation having been up and running for over a year.  Perry Bishop and Chambers prides itself on listening to its customers through regular client surveys and is proud that following recent feedback, 100% of vendors and purchasers will recommend their services.

Due to the recent acquisition and the growth of the company, Perry Bishop and Chambers now has three offices in Cheltenham covering Residential Sales, Lettings and Management, Leasehold Block Management and Surveying.
