Cotswold agent, Perry Bishop and Chambers has recently acted in a variety of ways for a number of local clients in Clare Street, Leckhampton.  Transactions for the Cheltenham office, based in Bath Road, include two sales and two lettings in an area where the company already have a prominent position.

Coomeville, a period cottage standing in approximately a third of an acre of garden is suitable for residential development.  The other sale was Bottle Cottage, a recently refurbished three-storey period house.  The activity in the busy Lettings department included a three-storey refurbished house and more recently an instruction to find tenants for an attractive flat in the road.

Clare Street is a small residential cul-de-sac just off the very popular Bath Road shopping area, where Perry Bishop and Chambers already manage a three-storey mews house and also oversee the residential block management of Clare Mews, a recent development of shops and flats fronting Clare Mews and Bath Road.
