The office is busy.  The unique, dedicated, lettings team based in the prominently located position in Bath Road requires more properties to let, following the success of the last few months.  They have ready-to-move tenants and not enough properties to satisfy them. 

Denise joined the office in March this year, having spent the previous 5 years building the successful lettings business in Faringdon for Perry Bishop and Chambers.  Denise explains; “There is a huge potential market in Cheltenham and the specialist team here in Cheltenham is focused on expanding the business, especially in our local area of Leckhampton, Charlton Kings and Hatherley.  We are unusual in so much as we have five people purely dedicated to lettings in Cheltenham and the company is fully committed to building this business.”

The team can offer the flexibility of tailor-made packages for landlords as well as giving free market valuations and advice on how to present your home to its full advantage.   Denise continues; “As an experienced agent, we can professionally promote your property ensuring the circulation of your property to potential tenants through our pro-active text and email service, which ensures your property is on the market as we soon as we have been instructed”.    

The company has over 600 fully managed properties across the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire and all its lettings offices are seeing positive activity.

In addition, the Sales team, also based at Bath Road, is experiencing a similar situation.   In May, the company sold 52 houses, which equals approximately two sold every working day!.  Potential purchasers are looking to buy and Tim Janes, who heads up the Sales team, also needs more properties to meet the current demand of buyers.
