An experienced valuer and estate agent with local knowledge will provide you with a written valuation and marketing report of your home.

Draft sales details will be sent to you for your approval so we will be ready to put your home on the market when you are!
 

Client Manager

Once on the market, an experienced negotiator will keep you informed of the progress we are making on your behalf and will provide you with a weekly update and discuss constructive viewing feedback, your onward search for a home, advertising, timescales and marketing strategy.

Marketing
Your home will reach the widest possible audience, with prominent newspaper advertising, inclusion in our property bulletin and fast track email bulletin, colour window displays and property details and eye catching 'For Sale' and 'To Let' signs. We will also advertise your home on our internet site, Homes Online and Rightmove, which are available the world over. We operate a fast and effective mobile text messaging service for buyers.

Low Key Marketing
If you haven't yet found a property to move to, or have a very relaxed timescale, we can offer 'Low Key Marketing' where we produce sales particulars but only distribute these to buyers who would wait for you. There would be no advertising in the local papers or a 'For Sale' board unless requested by yourselves, providing a no pressure sale.

Viewings & Security
We will advise you on the presentation of your home and all interested parties will have an appointment made to view at a time convenient to you. We will record their details for security and provide you with constructive feedback afterwards. We are also able to provide an accompanied viewing service.

Internet & Virtual Tour
All our properties are featured on our website with full particulars. We also have the option of virtual tours providing a 360° moving image of relevant rooms or features.

Sales Progressing
When we have secured the best price for your home for you, we will instruct solicitors to commence the necessary legal work. We will liase with the solicitors and your buyer every week and then provide you with a weekly progress report.

Mailing List
Everyone on our mailing list will receive a regular bulletin of our latest instructions ensuring you see everything that comes onto the market. This also means that you can be sure your home reaches every potential buyers quickly.

Commission
We will only charge you a fee when we have sold your home, based on a percentage of the sale price, or a fixed fee.
