Our promise to you
An experienced Valuer and Estate Agent with excellent local knowledge will provide you with a written Valuation letter and Marketing Report for your home.
We will advise on local market conditions, expected sale price and can also assist with presentation advice when necessary and how to achieve the best possible price for your property in your desired timescale.
Once on the market an experienced estate agent will keep you fully informed of the marketing progress that we are making on your behalf and will provide you with regular updates to discuss:
- the response and feedback received, including constructive viewing feedback
- your onward search for a home
- advertising responses and feedback
- your timescales
- prevailing market conditions
- overall marketing strategy going forward
We are confident your property will reach the widest possible audience on both a local and national level. We have extremely prominent newspaper advertising and editorial features. All properties are included into our exclusive weekly Property Bulletin.
We work with a London Mayfair office to ensure that buyers coming out of the Capital or, those relocating within the UK and moving from overseas, are attracted to the Cotswolds. In addition this unique service provides national property PR and advertising in publications such as The Times, Daily Telegraph and Country Life.
Properties are marketed at perrybishop.co.uk, rightmove.co.uk, onthemarket.co.uk amongst many other subsidiary websites.
In addition our website is optimised for mobile or tablet users with high resolution photographic images.
Low Key Marketing
If you are yet to find a suitable property to move to, or have an open timescale, we can offer low key marketing, where we produce sale particulars and market the property to buyers who would wait for you, subject to agreement. We may then not advertise in the local papers or even erect a For Sale sign unless requested by yourselves, providing a reasonably discreet and low key sale.
Viewings and Security
We advise on home presentation to assist in marketing and the best way to show the property and, we aim to accompany all visits by potential buyers and also ask our clients to complete a short information sheet about their property, ensuring we have all the main information to hand.
Viewing feedback is reviewed and discussed the following day so you are kept fully informed.
When a sale is secured at the best price for you and a buyer that is agreeable with your timescale and circumstances, we will instruct Solicitors to commence the necessary legal work, and will liaise with your Solicitor and your Buyer on a regular basis to ensure that everybody is kept informed, and also to make sure that we assist with any queries or issues as a result of the conveyancing process.

We have thousands of potential buyers on our extensive database in and around the Cotswolds, and these buyers receive individual property alerts and text messages with all the latest instructions, but also a bulletin with that week’s latest listings on the basis that not every buyer will end up buying the property that they set out to purchase.
We charge a fee when we have sold your property, typically based upon a small percentage of the sale price, or depending on value this may be a fixed fee.
