The team in Nailsworth were great From Shirley (initial engagement) to the sales progressor Emma, I couldn’t fault them. Sensible and proactive. Would use again if I had to sell again.

Too many people are too quick to comment on bad service, so here’s an honest 5*+ review. From the start when Shirley came out to value the property, her positive manner, guidance and advice was second to none. The smooth process of advertising, and selling the property using Perry Bishop was an exceptional service. Karen and the other lovely office team members, were great at keeping me updated on viewings, and feedback. Following the accepted offer I was then looked after by the excellent Progressions Team, in the safe hands of a very knowledgeable Emma. There were not many days when Emma was not updating me, and their online schedule of progress was a great help, in addition to actually being able to talk to a person. All in all a fantastic service, and a smooth quick completion of sale. Thanks guys, a job well done!

Shirley and the team have been great for us both times we’ve moved houses over the past 7 years. Great clear communication did what was needed to push through some of the messier admin elements of any move!

Superb & highly professional staff / business. We bought a house through Perry Bishop & Emma kept us informed through every step with regular emails & phone calls – the app is also very good. Light years ahead of the estate agent who sold our house on the first day & collected the commission – never heard from them again & the “for sale” sign was still up over 4 months later when we moved out! Perry Bishop even gave us a fantastic moving in gift of tea, coffee, chocolates & more when we collected the keys. I would highly recommend this company to any house buyer or seller. Thank you for making the whole process go a lot smoother.

Very Friendly and felt confident they were working in my interests. Prompt updating via phone and email.
