Managing Director of Lettings
Sian is our Managing Director of Lettings, leading the lettings division with a clear focus on compliance, consistency and delivering a service that genuinely supports both landlords and tenants. With extensive experience in the ever-evolving private rented sector, she ensures our processes are robust, our advice is current, and our clients feel confident and well looked after at every stage of the tenancy journey. Sian is passionate about raising standards, developing her team and making sure every property is managed with care and attention to detail. Outside of work, her perfect Sunday involves a long walk with her dogs followed by a proper pub roast with all the trimmings. She has an entirely irrational fear of moths and wishes she could play a musical instrument, maybe it’s time to finally learn!

Administrator
Maisie is a our Administrator based in our Stroud office, supporting residential sales across the business and helping keep everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes. Her first ever job was as a barista, and the first thing she does when she gets home is put the kettle on. As a child she dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, and her favourite way to spend a Sunday is a family walk followed by a traditional roast and a movie.
Associate Director
Associate Director
Shaun is our Associate Director based in our Stroud office, specialising in lettings and supporting landlords and tenants through every stage of the rental process with his experience and guidance. Outside of work, he enjoys long dog walks followed by a trip to the pub, a good lunch and a relaxing evening in front of an open fire. He can’t start the day without a cup of tea, would describe himself as a Long Island Iced Tea if he were a cocktail, and has an irrational dislike of sweetcorn!

Property Manager
Jeff is a Property Manager based in our Stroud office, overseeing lettings and ensuring landlords and tenants have a smooth and professional experience. Outside of work, he enjoys long walks, whether locally or further afield, and has always had a love of snow – from sledging as a child to skiing as an adult. His first job was as a windsurf and waterski instructor, and his childhood dream was to be a fighter jet pilot. Jeff’s first concert was Toyah when he was about 12, and he has the quirky habit of peeling labels off beer bottles.

Client Manager
Leigh is a Lettings Coordinator based in our Stroud office, supporting landlords and tenants and keeping the lettings process running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys genealogy research, exploring the history of houses, and indulging her long-time fascination with the paranormal. Her first job was as a jeweller, and she’s currently overplaying Enjoy The Silence by Depeche Mode. A perfect day for Leigh includes plenty of sunshine, and she’s probably most often talking about genealogy. Her first concert was Simply Red, though her best live experience was seeing INXS.

Client Manager
Paula is a Client Manager based in our Stroud office, supporting landlords and tenants and keeping the lettings process moving smoothly from start to finish. In her spare time, she loves travelling and heading to music and comedy gigs, with her passion for live events sparked by attending Live Aid as her first concert. She’s steadily working her way through an impressive travel bucket list – with China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, India and Russia already ticked off – and plenty more destinations still to explore. Any day is instantly improved with a full-volume sing-along, even if she admits she can’t quite hold a note (much to her colleagues’ amusement).

Recently named the Best Place to Live in the UK by The Times, this historic and alternative town has “a strong community spirit and knows how to celebrate all things local.”
Set within the heart of Gloucestershire’s beautiful Five Valleys, Stroud is a vibrant market town where industrial heritage blends seamlessly with modern creativity. Once renowned for its cloth-making industry, the town now thrives on a strong community spirit and an independent, artistic edge, making it a highly sought-after location for families, professionals and lifestyle movers.
From the honey-coloured stone cottages of nearby villages to Stroud’s thriving independent shops, cafés and cultural scene, the area offers the perfect balance of character, countryside charm and everyday convenience.
Its growing reputation hasn’t gone unnoticed – with national press naming Stroud among the UK’s most desirable places to live, its appeal continues to shine.
Buy local and support independents is Stroud’s mantra. As well as a range of one-off gift and clothing shops, Stroud boasts galleries, pubs, restaurants and cafes catering for all tastes. The recently completed Five Valleys shopping centre is also home to a range of local food suppliers. All the main supermarkets can also be found including Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco and Lidl.
As well as a number of good comprehensive schools, Stroud’s two grammar schools – Stroud High School for Girls and Marling for boys – are attended by children across the county. There are also popular independent schools nearby: Beaudesert Park School in Minchinhampton and Wycliffe College in Stonehouse. The prestigious Cheltenham College and Cheltenham Ladies’ College are just 30 minutes away.
Whether you’re drawn to wide-open countryside or the buzz of a thriving town centre, Stroud offers the best of both. Catch a performance or exhibition at The Subscription Rooms, delve into local heritage at The Museum in the Park, or browse the weekly Farmers’ Market for fresh, seasonal produce.
Outdoors, there’s no shortage of ways to explore. Enjoy walks across Minchinhampton Common, try paragliding from Selsley, wander the canal-side paths linking nearby villages, or cycle through the scenic valleys. For family days out, Stroud has plenty to enjoy too, from a leisure centre with pool and gym to a boutique cinema and a range of social venues that reflect the town’s lively, creative character.
Perfectly positioned, Stroud combines rural charm with superb connectivity.
Regular train services provide direct links to London Paddington and key regional destinations, while the M5 (junctions 12–13) and the M4 corridor are both within easy reach.
Whether you’re commuting or staying close to home, Stroud keeps you well connected, all without leaving behind the tranquillity of the countryside.
There’s no greater endorsement than a recommendation.
When you refer a friend or family member who then goes on to let with us, we will give you £150 to spend at John Lewis as a ‘thank you’. And the person you refer to us will also receive £150 John Lewis vouchers upon completion. It’s a win-win situation for both you and your friend!
*Vouchers will be delivered to both you and your friend upon completion of the Perry Bishop let of your referee’s property.
