With extensive experience in the ever-evolving private rented sector, she ensures our processes are robust, our advice is current, and our clients feel confident and well looked after at every stage of the tenancy journey. Sian is passionate about raising standards, developing her team and making sure every property is managed with care and attention to detail. Outside of work, her perfect Sunday involves a long walk with her dogs followed by a proper pub roast with all the trimmings. She has an entirely irrational fear of moths and wishes she could play a musical instrument, maybe it’s time to finally learn!

Her first ever job was as a barista, and the first thing she does when she gets home is put the kettle on. As a child she dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, and her favourite way to spend a Sunday is a family walk followed by a traditional roast and a movie.

Outside of work, he enjoys long walks, whether locally or further afield, and has always had a love of snow – from sledging as a child to skiing as an adult. His first job was as a windsurf and waterski instructor, and his childhood dream was to be a fighter jet pilot. Jeff’s first concert was Toyah when he was about 12, and he has the quirky habit of peeling labels off beer bottles.

Her first job was as a jeweller, and she’s currently overplaying Enjoy The Silence by Depeche Mode. A perfect day for Leigh includes plenty of sunshine, and she’s probably most often talking about genealogy. Her first concert was Simply Red, though her best live experience was seeing INXS.

In her spare time, she loves travelling and heading to music and comedy gigs, with her passion for live events sparked by attending Live Aid as her first concert. She’s steadily working her way through an impressive travel bucket list – with China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, India and Russia already ticked off – and plenty more destinations still to explore. Any day is instantly improved with a full-volume sing-along, even if she admits she can’t quite hold a note (much to her colleagues’ amusement).
