Harriet Davies
I started my career as a Sales Consultant in bustling Camden, North London, before going on to manage a new homes site in Tetbury. I am now a Valuer/Lister in Faringdon where I live with husband, young daughter and dog. Moving home is one of the most important parts of people’s lives and it can be very stressful if it is not handled properly. I pride myself on giving accurate, honest and expert advice on how to achieve the best possible price for my clients' properties. I joined Perry Bishop in 2016 and love being part of a team that is hard-working, genuinely customer-focused and with strong integrity. In my spare time I enjoy going to the seaside and sharing meals with friends.

Tom Mellor
Having worked in the property industry in Oxfordshire for over 20 years, starting out as a trainee estate agent for a well-regarded local independent in 1997, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my current role, as branch manager of the Faringdon office. I really enjoy working in the local community and take great pride in the excellent service we provide for people looking to buy and sell property. I feel my honest approach and strong integrity is invaluable, in offering the best experience possible. In my spare time, I enjoy squash, cinema and socialising with friends and family, and have my hands full, with two young sons and a naughty black Labrador called Bess.

Kevin Harford
I have been working in estate agency for over 12 years now, started out in London and have experience in both sales and lettings, and have worked with new build developments too. I love what I do and pride myself on offering a service that I would want to receive, professionalism with a friendly smile. I am ARLA qualified meaning I can offer the best advice to landlords and tenants. I also hold an honours degree in law. Outside of work I will normally be found in my allotment or the kitchen, probably making up recipes with my latest crop.

Gerry Millington
After many years in sales and marketing positions in the medical industry, I made the leap into estate agency in October 2017 and haven’t looked back once! My role here at Perry Bishop is mainly focused on understanding the needs of applicants looking to buy a property and matching their needs with houses within our portfolio. Living locally in Faringdon with my husband and step-daughter, life at home is dominated by two boisterous Labradors, Beetle and Solomon. I am is also a trustee of a local Faringdon based charity.

Having worked for Perry Bishop for almost seven years as an administrator, I was recently appointed a Customer Manager and am really enjoying looking after clients and meeting people on viewings. It's great helping people find their next home. I have lived in Faringdon for over 30 years so have plenty of local knowledge. In my spare time I am busy with my puppy, Bella and my three grandchildren.

Our Charity Partner of the Year

We are very proud to be the headline sponsor of the main event in Faringdon’s cultural calendar – FollyFest. Intro to Faringdon

An attractive market town on the edge of the Thames Valley
With easy access to both Oxford and Swindon, Faringdon and the surrounding villages are the perfect choice for anyone working in either location. Boasting a good selection of primary and secondary schools, including Faringdon Infants & Junior School, St Hugh's, Pinewood School in nearby Shrivenham and Faringdon Community College, this thriving market town is a popular choice for people with young families.
The town also boasts a good range of shops, restaurants, hotels and sport facilities. Faringdon’s iconic building is the unique and unusual Folly, the last major folly to be built in England. Standing 100 feet tall, it’s open to the public twice a month between Easter and October and on a clear day views over five counties can be seen from the top.

What People Are Saying About Us
I sold my house via PB in December. A very stressful event, given my age & Covid restrictions. The staff were all very helpful & courteous towards me; but not so, it seems, to my PoA niece who was acting as my PA throughout the sale & had a hard time getting any cooperation from them.
