We have been very happy in this house. We love the location; the cul-de-sac is friendly, quiet and safe with minimal ambient road noise. It is a short walk to town, the supermarket and other local amenities, as well as easy access to the Goods Shed for walking, events and children’s play area. The house itself is spacious with lots of storage (aided by the addition of built in furniture in the utility space and top bedroom). We love the kitchen and open plan living area which is really light all year round due to the stunning lantern window. Fully refurbished less than 10 years ago so nothing needs doing beyond decoration. The wraparound garden has lots of character with the long Cotswold stone wall and raised stone beds. We installed the Garden Office in 2023 which now provides a lovely place to work year-round with its own dedicated WIFI and Ethernet connections.
