Customer Manager

Abby Valentine MNAEA

Abby is a Customer Manager based in our Faringdon office, helping clients navigate every step of their property journey with a friendly and approachable style. Outside of work, she can usually be found tending her garden, chasing her toddler around the park, or taking part in local dramatic society productions. Her go-to lunch is a BLT baguette from Sadlers café in Faringdon, and her comfort TV includes Schitt’s Creek and Bridgerton. Abby’s ideal Sunday starts with a countryside walk with her family, followed by coffee and cake, and ends at home with a roast dinner cooked by her husband and a film on the sofa.

Personal Agent

Abigail Sutcliffe

Abigail is a Personal Agent and Associate Director based in our Cheltenham office, guiding clients through every step of their property journey with care and expertise. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her two boys, whether heading out on little adventures or simply enjoying family moments, and she loves being outdoors – going for walks or spending time in the garden with friends and family. Abigail can’t start the day without coffee, is always up for a laugh, and appreciates the genuine care and support shared across the team.

Amy Johnson

Amy is a Customer Manager based in our Faringdon office, bringing enthusiasm and energy to supporting clients throughout their property journey. Outside of work, she loves travelling and making the most of the outdoors – whether that’s pony trekking in Wales, heading off on a European city break, or getting involved in sport from rugby to netball. Her ideal Sunday is spent playing rugby with the Didcot Valkyries followed by a well-earned roast dinner, and she believes what makes the team special is the unmatched atmosphere – everyone supports each other, works hard and keeps each other smiling. Amy is always up for an adventure and enjoys making the most of every opportunity for fun.

Viewing Assistant

Ann-Marie Lewis

Ann-Marie is a Viewing Assistant based in our Faringdon office, helping create a welcoming and reassuring experience for clients as they explore potential homes. She believes “Property Made Personal” means recognising that every client is unique and deserves thoughtful, individual attention. Nothing makes her day better than a happy client at the end of the process, and she values the camaraderie she shares with her colleagues. Outside of work, Ann-Marie enjoys spending time in her garden and taking pleasure in seeing the results of her efforts grow and flourish.

Viewing Assistant

Barbara Eadon

Barbara is a Viewings Assistant based in our Tetbury office, helping clients feel at ease during viewings and ensuring each visit runs smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, dancing and exploring new places, and has a particular love of the cold – especially mountains covered in snow. While she wishes she could ski, she’s just as happy walking and capturing the scenery through photography. For Barbara, a great day is instantly improved with a good cup of coffee – or a glass of wine in hand.

Associate Director

Ben Metrovich

Ben is an Associate Director based in our Cheltenham office, bringing energy, focus and a competitive edge to supporting clients through their property journeys. He thrives on being outdoors or involved in anything competitive – with golf and football high on the list – and if he’s not playing sport he’s likely watching it, fitting in a gym session, or heading out for a long walk. His ideal Sunday includes a round of golf, a well-earned pint afterwards, catching the football, and winding down on the sofa. If stranded on a desert island, he’d oddly bring a golf club – it just feels right. Ben particularly values his colleagues’ work ethic and their genuine care for clients.

Property Manager

Bev Oram

Bev is a Property Manager based in our Cirencester office, handling repairs, tenancy renewals, and day-to-day lettings matters to ensure landlords and tenants are well looked after. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in her garden, and her go-to lunch is a toasted panini. Bev dislikes laziness and anyone turning up late, and she wishes she could speak another language.

Central Administrator

Cece Downes-Hall

Cece is our Sales Administrator based in our Cirencester office. Involved in every step of the sales journey, from listing a property through to completion, Cece helps keep everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes. She can’t start the day without cuddling her dog and making a coffee, and never leaves home without her sunglasses, lip balm and a hairbrush. When it’s time to switch off, you’ll find her with her feet up watching a reality show – the more drama, the better.

Claire Johnson

Where is your favourite pub or restaurant? Thai Emerald in Cirencester

What do you love about the area?  I love the Market Towns around the area and all the history that they hold – from charming old buildings and the independent shops to local traditions that give each town it own unique character.

Where is the best place to relax in the area?   Westonbirt Arboretum is perfect — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a lovely place to unwind in nature all year round.

How would you spend a ‘perfect day’ in the area?   Catching up with friends over coffee or lunch at one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area — there’s always somewhere cosy or full of character to enjoy good food and company.

What do you think is the best view in the area?  The magnificent views from Leckhampton Hill, looking out across Cheltenham and Gloucester — it’s a breathtaking panorama that really shows off the beauty of the area.

Director - Perry Bishop Financial Services

Craig Legge

Craig is a Mortgage Broker based in our Cirencester office, helping clients navigate the mortgage process and find the best rates for their individual needs. Working as part of our in-house team, he provides expert guidance every step of the way to make securing a mortgage as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling with his family and relaxing with comfort TV – particularly Doctor Who. His first gig was Bowling for Soup, and he can’t start the day without a caramel latte.

Associate Director

Dan Harvey

Dan is our Associate Director based in our Stroud office, bringing insight, consistency and a people-first approach to every stage of the property journey. For Dan, “Property Made Personal” means keeping people at the heart of decisions while applying rigour and expertise, and he believes the strength of the team lies in its culture of trust, accountability and shared ambition. Outside of work, he enjoys getting outdoors for a walk or catching up with friends over good food – though he admits he’s a bit of a property geek and is often browsing homes or keeping an eye on the local market. Something people may not know is that his warning label would read: may talk about property more than strictly necessary.

1. Where is your favourite pub or restaurant? Mowgli Street Food, has great food and drinks!

2. What do you love about the area?    Love the buzz of the Bath Road, coffee shops restaurant’s and independent shops.

3. What do you think is the best view in the area?  The best view is right by my doorstep which is Chedworth Circular.

4. Where is the best place to relax in the area?  I do love Ballroom Dancing to relax.

5. How would you spend the perfect day?   Shopping  and a Bottomless Brunch at Turtle Bay, with my boys!
