* Saturday Receptionist – Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

We are looking for an additional person in the office to support our Saturday sales team in Cheltenham. In a busy environment you will be organised and flexible. Necessary qualities include enthusiasm on the phone, professionalism with the public in our offices, reliability and an eye for detail.  You will be dealing with phone and walk in enquiries and assist with some sales admin.

Candidates must have customer facing experience.

Hours: Saturdays 8.45am-4pm

 * Saturday Viewings Assistant/Negotiator - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

* Branch Manager – Faringdon, Oxfordshire - Full-time

You will be required to manage a professional team and make sure the day to day running of the office runs smoothly. 

Key day to day tasks:

Managing a medium sized Sales team
Driving the business growth forward
Generating new business and retaining business

 * Land Manager – Cirencester, Gloucestershire

We are looking to appoint an experienced Land Manager.

 The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience gained with an agency or developer
  • RICS qualified would be preferable but not essential
  • Be conversant with all aspects of residential development including a good working knowledge of the planning syste
  • successful candidate will effectively run the Land Department but report to the MD; he or she will also have to work closely with our thriving New Homes team.

As well as having the relevant knowledge and experience the candidate will need to demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm required to maintain and expand the profile of the department.

 We are seeking a team player who can work with existing colleagues and relate to clients and developers at a senior level as well as with individuals.

Our Land and New Homes Department is based at Cirencester and deals with a full range of agency, valuation and planning work. In terms of agency we act for many corporate clients, charities and companies as well as private individuals and there must be an ability to relate to a wide variety of parties in the valuation and marketing of plots, sites and buildings for conversion. We work closely with planning consultants and other professionals in giving initial planning advice to landowners often leading to full applications. We provide a full range of RICS valuations for funding, taxation and Charities Act purposes. Our expanding and increasingly important new homes department works for a full range of local, regional and national developers. We cover a geographical area including Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire as well as surrounding counties.
