We take our commitments to CSR very seriously in regards to the communities in which we work, our environmental impact and our ethical conduct.
The communities in which we work are incredibly important to us. We only employ staff who live in close proximity to the towns in which our offices are located, their local knowledge being vital for vendors and buyers alike. Where possible we engage local suppliers and refer business to other locally based companies. We also support the local press through advertising.
We sponsor various local events, schools and sports clubs throughout the year. Each of our branches partners with a local charity, donating a percentage from every house sold. Individuals and teams also participate in various fundraising events throughout the year.This has helped us win the trust and approval of the towns and villages in which we operate.

Perry Bishop and Chambers recognise that its business activities result in both direct and indirect environmental impact. We also recognise that our responsibilities extend beyond employees and customers to the wider community and include responsible environmental management. We are therefore committed as a company to managing our business with the aim of reducing our direct and indirect environmental impacts and believe that this is an important step towards increasing the sustainability of our business in the long term.
All staff are actively encouraged to recycle paper, card and plastics. Clearly marked recycling bins have been set up in each office, which are emptied on a weekly basis by a local recycling scheme. We use a combination of FSC accredited and recycled paper stock for all internal and external communications, including photocopying paper, corporate stationery and literature, leaflets and mailers.
Integrity is one of our core values and informs the way in which we conduct business with vendors and buyers alike. A service level agreement and fee structure are agreed from the outset so that clients know exactly what to expect in terms of service and disbursement. We insist that any third party providers we recommend to clients for mortgages, conveyancing or surveys are equally transparent. As members of the National Association of Estate Agents, we agree to comply with the professional standards outlined within the NAEA’s Rules of Conduct and Code of Practice, demonstrating dedication and commitment to high standards in estate agency, a copy of which can be found in our Rules of Conduct and Code of Practice.
We are also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and abide by their code of Ethics and professional standards.
