From the top of Leckhampton Hill.

Probably on the golf course or out and about with the family.

Stephanie McPherson MNAEA

Stephanie is our Assistant Manager based in our Cirencester office, supporting clients throughout their property journey with her approachable, people-focused style. After more than 20 years in retail, she followed her childhood ambition of becoming an estate agent, combining her love of working with people and helping them find the right place to call home. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her at the gym or out on a run, her go-to reset. When it’s time to relax, she turns to Gavin and Stacey, always. If she had to choose an entrance song, it would be either Return of the Mack by Mark Morrison or 500 Miles by The Proclaimers – very different, but both firmly up there for her.

Lucy James MNAEA

Lucy is an Associate based in our Cirencester office, bringing confidence, drive and plenty of character to supporting clients through their property journey. If she were a cocktail, she’d be a Long Island Iced Tea – strong and good value for money – and her warning label would read, “She’s a bit of a handful.” For Lucy, a great day is instantly improved by Zumba and wine (not necessarily in that order!), and she’s always up for heading out for a dance.

Lynne Rollings MNAEA

Lynne is a Client Manager based in our Cirencester office, guiding clients through every step of their property journey with care and attention. Outside of work, she’s usually busy tidying up after her two adult sons and her dog, Precious – who keeps everyone on their toes with very muddy paws! Lynne enjoys weekends at her partner’s home in Birmingham, never leaves home without her sunglasses, and is probably most often talking about Precious. She appreciates her colleagues for their ability to always make her laugh.

Olivia Roberts

Olivia is a Client Manager based in our Cirencester office, helping clients navigate the sales process from the first viewing right through to the moment they collect their keys. Known for her energy and personable approach, she ensures every step is smooth and stress-free. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys taking her dog on long walks and discovering new spots for dinner and drinks. Her first job was making pizzas at Domino’s, and she’s probably most often talking about… food!

Sales Progressor

Jade Allen

Jade is our Sales Progressor based in our Cirencester office. From the moment a sale is agreed, Jade is there to guide clients through the process right up to completion, helping ensure everything stays on track along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing Sundays spent cooking delicious food and heading out for a walk and unwinds with episodes of Friends. Her first concert was the Spice Girls, and she’s always up for planning her next holiday.

Managing Director of Lettings

Sian Sinclair MARLA

Sian is our Managing Director of Lettings, leading the lettings division with a clear focus on compliance, consistency and delivering a service that genuinely supports both landlords and tenants. With extensive experience in the ever-evolving private rented sector, she ensures our processes are robust, our advice is current, and our clients feel confident and well looked after at every stage of the tenancy journey. Sian is passionate about raising standards, developing her team and making sure every property is managed with care and attention to detail. Outside of work, her perfect Sunday involves a long walk with her dogs followed by a proper pub roast with all the trimmings. She has an entirely irrational fear of moths and wishes she could play a musical instrument, maybe it’s time to finally learn!

Shaun Sutton

Shaun is our Associate Director specialising in lettings and supporting landlords and tenants through every stage of the rental process with his experience and guidance. Outside of work, he enjoys long dog walks followed by a trip to the pub, a good lunch and a relaxing evening in front of an open fire. He can’t start the day without a cup of tea, would describe himself as a Long Island Iced Tea if he were a cocktail, and has an irrational dislike of sweetcorn!

Property Manager

Pippa Harding

Pippa is a Property Manager based in our Cirencester office, overseeing repairs, maintenance and tenancy matters to ensure landlords and tenants are well looked after. Her go-to lunch is a toasted sandwich, and the first thing she does when she gets home is put her slippers on. She can’t start the day without coffee, is always up for a giggle, and says her most-used phrase at work is something we probably don’t want to know! Pippa would love to be able to play the piano, enjoys a Sunday roast in a warm country pub, and most appreciates the team spirit in the office.

Bev Oram

Bev is a Property Manager based in our Cirencester office, handling repairs, tenancy renewals, and day-to-day lettings matters to ensure landlords and tenants are well looked after. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in her garden, and her go-to lunch is a toasted panini. Bev dislikes laziness and anyone turning up late, and she wishes she could speak another language.

Lettings Negotiator

Emily Sedgwick

Emily is a Lettings Negotiator based in our Cirencester office, helping landlords and tenants with every step of their lettings journey. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, spending time with friends and family, and walking her dog. Her first concert was One Direction, she has an irrational dislike of lateness, and as a child she was obsessed with Bananas in Pyjamas!

Jane Pearce

Jane is a Lettings Administrator based in our Cirencester office, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes so landlords and tenants have a seamless experience. Outside of work, you’ll often find her riding in Cirencester Park, and her ideal Sunday starts with a morning ride, a roast lunch at the local pub, and a swim in the afternoon. Jane can’t resist a gin and tonic to make a great day even better, and her current song on repeat is Have I Told You Lately That I Love You.

Company Managing Director

Phillip Bishop FNAEA

Phillip is the Managing Director based in our Cirencester office, leading the company and ensuring our clients receive a personalised, professional experience at every stage of their property journey. Outside of work, he enjoys Sunday brunch with friends followed by a walk with the dogs. Phillip’s first job was collecting eggs on a chicken farm, and he admits he wishes he had the skill of getting to the point faster! He’s often heard saying “on the radar” or “they have their tail up” at work, and currently can’t get enough of November Rain by Guns N’ Roses. At home, the first to greet him is usually his sausage dog, Molly – though his wife Laura comes a close second!
