- What do you think is the best view in the area ? A walk around Prince Charles’ Highgrove looking back onto the Town is my favourite view
- How would you spend a ‘perfect day’ in the area ? A 3 mile walk with the dogs to The Cat and Custard Pub in a near by village for the perfect Sunday Lunch

Olivia is a Client Manager based in our Cirencester office, helping clients navigate the sales process from the first viewing right through to the moment they collect their keys. Known for her energy and personable approach, she ensures every step is smooth and stress-free. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys taking her dog on long walks and discovering new spots for dinner and drinks. Her first job was making pizzas at Domino’s, and she’s probably most often talking about… food!

Karren works in Residential Administration and Operational Support in our Cirencester office, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensuring everything is organised behind the scenes. Outside of work, she loves spending time at her allotment growing a wide variety of flowers, often filling her home with freshly cut blooms she’s grown herself, and enjoys countryside walks with family and friends through the changing seasons. When she gets home, her first priority is feeding her two Siamese cats, Nellie and Bailey, and instead of comfort TV she prefers watching flower-growing tutorials online for inspiration. She never leaves home without her lipstick.

Outside of work, she enjoys her creative hobby of dotty painting – decorating vases, coasters, and upcycled items, which she sells at craft fairs. Her first concert was Simple Minds at Milton Keynes Bowl in 1986, and her comfort TV includes Bridgerton and UK reality shows. Emma can’t start the day without a cup of green tea, and her first job was as an office clerk for a roofing company.

We used Abigail Sutcliffe for our house sale after talking to a couple of estate agents in Cheltenham. We got the impression that Abby would go the extra mile to achieve our sale. Abby did a great job to find our buyer and manage the process through. This included communication with all levels of the chain, including having a good relationship with the agent we were buying from. All of this helped greatly with the sale process. Abby was also available at any time on any day: early mornings, evenings, weekends – nothing was too much trouble. Due to us having rather specific purchase requirements and being concerned it was going to take a long time to find the right property for us, we chose to sell our own property with discreet marketing, i.e. not on Rightmove etc. Abby used her contacts well, finding the right buyer and managed expectations with them well.
