EXPERIENCED ESTATE AGENT (Valuer/Lister role with Associate title) – Full Time – Cirencester Office

We are looking to find an experienced hard-working, positive and energetic Valuer/Lister to join our brilliant market leading team in Cirencester.

You will need to align to our values of being Knowledgeable, Passionate, Professional, Caring, Creative and Fun.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player, self-motivated and also possess good IT skills.

We run a family style company where everyone is empowered and supported – and we want colleagues to feel they belong and are part of something.

The role is best suited to someone that has agency experience and is a competent and confident valuer and lister who strives to provide a personal service to their clients enhancing our strong reputation.

An attractive package includes 24 days holiday, pension contribution, additional holiday for long service, an employee assistance programme and a partnership style company profit share scheme.

Hours of work: 8.45am-5.30pm Mon-Fri, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am–4.00pm with a lieu day

Package includes:

JOB VACANCY

VIEWING ASSISTANT – SATURDAYS

Are you looking to work Saturdays?  Are you organised, efficient and enjoy dealing with the public?

If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions you could be just the person we are looking for. We need a viewings assistant to work in our Cirencester branch.

In a busy environment you will be organised and flexible.  Necessary qualities include enthusiasm and professionalism with the public, as well as being helpful and informative when showing properties.

The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and their own car.

In return we offer training, support and an hourly rate, mileage allowance, plus incentive opportunities.

Hours of work: 8.45am – 4.00pm Saturdays

Branch Manager/Associate Director – Cheltenham office

Branch Manager required to join an independent estate agency firm in Cheltenham with a strong brand, reputation and following.

We are known locally for our exceptional attention to detail and employing a knowledgeable team who work hard and look after our clients brilliantly.

We run a family style company where everyone is empowered and supported.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a successful sales office
  • Leading an experienced team
  • Undertaking valuations and listings
  • Looking after clients brilliantly
  • Business development
  • Business planning and strategy
  • Reporting and analysis of results

The Candidate:

  • Will have a good experience within residential estate agency
  • Have a proven track record within the industry
  • Be a confident leader
  • Be success-driven and ambitious
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Be self-motivated and capable of working under your own initiative and sometimes in a stressful environment
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Will be an energetic team leader, who has a proven track record in a flagship office
