Sales Negotiator/Customer Manager – Full-Time – Tetbury

We are looking to find a hard-working, positive and energetic individual to join our great market leading team in Tetbury.

We run a family style company where everyone is empowered and supported.

The role is best suited to someone that has a minimum of one year’s estate agency experience and is a competent and confident sales negotiator and manages their clients to a high standard enhancing our strong reputation. However, we are also happy to welcome applications from individuals currently in the hospitality/customer service sectors who are motivated, hard-working, have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy dealing with people and are eager to learn, as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player, self-motivated and possess good IT/admin skills.  They must be able to drive and have a car.

An attractive package includes 24 days holiday, pension contribution, additional holiday for long service, and an employee assistance programme, one in three Saturdays with a day in lieu, and a partnership style company profit share scheme.

Hours of work: 8.45am – 5.30pm Mon to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am – 4.00pm with a day off in lieu.

Remuneration on application and dependent on experience but does include a basic salary, commission and incentive payments.
