We are introducing a new way of buying and selling property to assist with the conveyance process by providing a significant amount of information upfront much like an auction style pack but for normal Private Treaty sales.
Our hope is that this will help speed up the sales process, minimise sale fall throughs and give more certainty to both the seller and the eventual buyer, the buyer should have some confidence that they are dealing with a committed seller who has made the purchase of the pack a condition of their sale – we will advise immediately if you are acting for a buyer for a property being sold on this basis.
This new service will be offered to all vendors at instruction stage, the cost of the pack will be recharged to the buyer on a non-refundable basis at acceptance of their offer before we send out the Memorandum of Sale and our clients solicitor will send the pack to the buyers solicitor, this will include a Local Authority Search which can be changed into the buyers name or renewed if out of date free of charge.
If a sale is agreed before the full pack is complete it will be sent through when ready.

Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ – TA6)
TA10 Fittings and Contents forms
Title Plan (if registered)
Official copy of Title Register or Epitome of Title ( unregistered )
Local Authority search
