Helen is an Associate Director based in our Tetbury office, guiding clients through every stage of their property journey while leading her team with expertise and care. Outside of work, she enjoys catching up with friends at book club — which often turns into a supper club when the books aren’t quite finished! Helen is a brilliant host and has been known to arrive at the office with a homemade cake in hand that she freshly prepared at 6am that morning!

Julie Reeves MNAEA

Julie is an Associate based in our Tetbury office, valuing properties and guiding clients through every step of the process with her personable, all-in approach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and looking after her rescue dog, Maya. Something you might not know – as a child she was obsessed with making handbags, and she has an irrational dislike of having her ears touched! Always up for a giggle, Julie is known for her funny personality and her ability to make everyone around her laugh.

Ollie Owen MNAEA

Ollie is a Customer Manager based in our Tetbury office, supporting clients throughout their property journey with a friendly and approachable style. Outside of work, he enjoys catching up with friends, binge watching a good series, and decorating his home – a hobby that links back to his childhood dream of being an interior designer. His go-to lunch is beans on toast – which he has had every day for the last two years! He ensures he keeps up with EastEnders so he can chat about it with Julie in the office.

Client Manager

Karen Watson MNAEA

Karen is a Client Manager in our Tetbury office, working closely with buyers and sellers to keep transactions progressing and expectations aligned. Away from the office, Karen keeps active at her local gym, where you’ll likely find her in a Zumba class she absolutely loves, or back on the badminton court after rediscovering the sport following a 15-year break. Her go-to lunch is a jacket potato with cheese, she’d describe herself as a Mojito – refreshing and full of zest – and her childhood dream was to be a rockstar. Her first gig was seeing Paul Young in Birmingham on her 16th birthday with her two best friends – friendships that have happily stood the test of time.

Barbara Eadon

Barbara is a Viewings Consultant based in our Tetbury office, helping clients feel at ease during viewings and ensuring each visit runs smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, dancing and exploring new places, and has a particular love of the cold – especially mountains covered in snow. While she wishes she could ski, she’s just as happy walking and capturing the scenery through photography. For Barbara, a great day is instantly improved with a good cup of coffee – or a glass of wine in hand.

Sian is our Managing Director of Lettings, leading the lettings division with a clear focus on compliance, consistency and delivering a service that genuinely supports both landlords and tenants. With extensive experience in the ever-evolving private rented sector, she ensures our processes are robust, our advice is current, and our clients feel confident and well looked after at every stage of the tenancy journey. Sian is passionate about raising standards, developing her team and making sure every property is managed with care and attention to detail. Outside of work, her perfect Sunday involves a long walk with her dogs followed by a proper pub roast with all the trimmings. She has an entirely irrational fear of moths and wishes she could play a musical instrument, maybe it’s time to finally learn!

Shaun Sutton

Shaun is our Associate Director specialising in lettings and supporting landlords and tenants through every stage of the rental process with his experience and guidance. Outside of work, he enjoys long dog walks followed by a trip to the pub, a good lunch and a relaxing evening in front of an open fire. He can’t start the day without a cup of tea, would describe himself as a Long Island Iced Tea if he were a cocktail, and has an irrational dislike of sweetcorn!

Jeff Emmerson

Jeff is a Property Manager based in our Stroud office, overseeing lettings and ensuring landlords and tenants have a smooth and professional experience. Outside of work, he enjoys long walks, whether locally or further afield, and has always had a love of snow – from sledging as a child to skiing as an adult. His first job was as a windsurf and waterski instructor, and his childhood dream was to be a fighter jet pilot. Jeff’s first concert was Toyah when he was about 12, and he has the quirky habit of peeling labels off beer bottles.

Client Manager

Paula Hughes MARLA

Paula is a Client Manager based in our Stroud office, supporting landlords and tenants and keeping the lettings process moving smoothly from start to finish. In her spare time, she loves travelling and heading to music and comedy gigs, with her passion for live events sparked by attending Live Aid as her first concert. She’s steadily working her way through an impressive travel bucket list – with China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, India and Russia already ticked off – and plenty more destinations still to explore. Any day is instantly improved with a full-volume sing-along, even if she admits she can’t quite hold a note (much to her colleagues’ amusement).
