Landlords, are you ready for the next stage of the Rentersâ€â€¦
A new chapter, some familiar faces and a few fond farewells!
At Perry Bishop, we are always looking at ways to strengthen our service, support our clients and ensure we continue to deliver the high standards our landlords and tenants have come to expect.
As part of this, we wanted to share some important updates about our Stroud lettings team, including a change of location, some exciting new arrivals and a couple of heartfelt goodbyes.
A Change of Location, but the Same Great Service
As the way we work continues to evolve, we are seeing fewer visitors to our offices, with the majority of our day-to-day business now taking place online or over the phone.
With this in mind, and with capacity available within our other offices, our Stroud branch will be closing its doors in December. However, we want to reassure all our landlords and tenants that it will very much be business as usual!
Our team will continue to provide the same dedicated lettings and property management service, with our nearby Nailsworth branch remaining on hand to help landlords and tenants across Stroud and the surrounding areas.
Your existing property management arrangements will remain unchanged, and you’ll continue to receive the same personal attention and dedicated service you’ve come to expect from Perry Bishop. Should there be any changes to your usual point of contact, we’ll make sure you’re kept fully informed.
Although our physical location is changing, our commitment to you certainly isn’t. Whether you need advice, assistance with your rental property or simply have a question, our team will continue to be here to help.
Wishing Jeff and Pippa All the Very Best
As we look ahead to this next chapter, we’ll also be saying a fond farewell to two valued members of our lettings team.
Jeff, who has been with Perry Bishop for the past three years, will be leaving us in early November to pursue an exciting new opportunity. We’d like to thank Jeff for his hard work, commitment and contribution to the team, and we wish him every success in whatever comes next.
At the end of November, we’ll also be waving goodbye to Pippa, who will be retiring after more than five years with Perry Bishop. Pippa has been a familiar and valued presence to colleagues, landlords and tenants alike. Her knowledge, dedication and friendly approach will certainly be missed.
Of course, we’re not entirely convinced that retirement will mean putting her feet up! With her grandchildren to keep her busy, we suspect Pippa will be embracing her new role as a very hands-on Nan and may well find herself busier than ever!
We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to both Jeff and Pippa for everything they’ve contributed over the years. They leave with our very best wishes for the future.
Welcoming Emily and Tina to the Team
Whilst it’s always sad to say goodbye to colleagues, we’re equally delighted to welcome Emily and Tina to Perry Bishop. Both bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, and we’re confident they’ll be fantastic additions to our lettings team.
Their arrival brings fresh energy, enthusiasm and expertise, helping us continue to provide the personal, professional and knowledgeable service our clients deserve.
We’re really looking forward to working with them both and know our landlords and tenants will enjoy getting to know them too.
Looking Ahead
Change is a natural part of any growing business, and we’re approaching this next chapter with real positivity and enthusiasm.
Whilst there may be some changes to the faces and locations, what won’t change is our commitment to looking after your property, protecting your investment and providing the friendly, approachable service that Perry Bishop is known for.
